What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness meditation involves sitting silently and paying attention to thoughts, sounds, the sensations of breathing or parts of the body, bringing your attention back whenever the mind starts to wander.
In your mindfulness session you will learn techniques to quiet the mind and let go of your daily stress and anxieties. We will focus on your triggers and what you need to do to release them.
We will perfect a form of conscious and comfortable simultaneous attention to both ourselves, you and the relationship we have on all levels, emotional, mental, and what is happening at that moment.
Cost of a 1 hour session start from £45 per hour however we can also tailor this to other treatments such as massage, so bespoke packages can be put together to match your exact needs.
